Hyderabad, Dec 19 (Maxim News): Gandhi Nagar police arrested Seven accused persons A-1 to A-7 conspired together and released the property of A-1 which was mortgaged to GHMC while granting permission by creating fake and fabricated documents by forging the signature of GHMC officials and released the property from SRO, Secunderabad by submitting the fake and forged documents and cheated the GHMC and SRO. The A-1 got released the mortgaged property
Details of the Accused
A1.Sanjay Bhatt s/o Hari Hara Bhatt, age 43 years, occ: Business, r/o H. No. 4-1-1101/A, Boggulakunta, Hyderabad.
A2.K. Anwar Basha S/o K. Khader Basha, age 54 years, occ: Civil engineer, r/o Flat No1, Block NO. 23, MIGH-II, Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad .
A3.Syed Amanullah @ Khaja s/o Syed Shafiulla, age 28 years, occ: Architecture/planner of building, r/o H. No. 13-32/33/A/32, Jyothi Nagar,Langer House, Hyderabad.
A4.Syed Jahangir @ Ayub @ Jahangir S/o Syed Ghouse, age 25 years, occ: Private Work and Registration work on commission basis, R/o H. No. 11- 3-690,Mallepally, Near Mallepally Badi Masjid, Mallepally, Hyderabad.
A5.Gundlapally Devender S/o late G. Narayana, age 34 years, occ: Attender at Saradar Mahal, Circle -5, GHMC, r/o H. No. 18-7- 473, Kandikalgate, Uppuguda,Hyderabad.
A6.D. Dhurvasan s/o Late Dhrama Lingam, age 59 years, occ: GHMC Contract labour, r/o H. No. 19-83, Kotha Basthi, Venkata Puram, Alwal, Secunderabad.
A7.Mohd. Zubair Ahmed @Zubair S/o Late Mohd. Jaleel Ahmed, age 42 years, occ: Real Estate Agent, r/o H. No. 3-5-786/20, King Koti, Shergate, Hyderabad
Modus Operandi
The accused A-1 Sanjay Bhatt has purchased the property premises No. 5-3-
311/1 and 5-3-311/2, situated at Jeera, Secunderabad from Sri.M.P. Jayantha Swamy Sri. M.P. Madan Mohan. Prior to purchasing the orginal owners applied for building permission.
The accused with malafied intention not registered the said property on his name and after getting the permission and mortgaging the property on the name of original owners he got registered the said property on his name and on the name of his mother Smt. Hansa Bhatt.
The GHMC authorities mortgaged the 10% property with GHMC through simple mortgage deed. Later the accused applied for release of mortgage and issuance of occupancy certificate but the same was rejected by the GHMC officials as the accused not completed the construction and constructed one additional floor i.e. 4th floor against the permission.
As such the accused hatched a plan to release the mortgage property and approached the accused A2. Basha, Civil contractor to get the occupancy certificate and to release the mortgage deed and offered amount. A2. Introduced the A3 Amanulla who is Architect who agreed to arrange the occupancy certificate and release the mortgaged property, for which A1 paid Rs.7.00 lakhs to A3. Amanullah through A2 Basha. A3. Amanullah contacted the A4 Jahangeer who is dealing with GHMC and SROs agreed and created the forged and fake occupancy certificate and also fabricated the authorisation letter authorising the accused A5.Devender, GHMC employee at Charminar Circle by forging the signature of City Chief Planner. A3 Amanullah arranged A6.Dhurvasan and A7. Zubair Ahmed to sign the illegal mortgage release deed.
By using the forged authorisation letter and fake Occupancy certificate, A5 Devender executed Mortgage release deed on 29-2-2016. Later A3 Amanullah handed over the fake and forged occupancy certificate and mortgage release deed to A1 Sanjay Bhatt. A3.Amanullah paid Rs.1.00 lakh to A2 Basha, Rs.50,000/- to A4 Jahangeer, Rs.15,000/- to A5. Devender, Rs.10,000/- to A6.Dhurvasan and Rs.3000/- to A7 Zubair Ahmed. A1 Sanjay Bhatt abated the commission of offence.
Gandhinagar chased the above case and arrested the accused A1 to A7 on 18-12-2016 and seized the fake and forged documents from A1, fake rubber stamps and seal, ID cards used in the commission of offence from the other accused persons. The accused are being produced before the Hon’ble court to remand to judicial custody.
Case is being investigated by Gandhinagar Police under the supervision of ACP, Chikkadpally Division vide Cr. No. 323/2016 U/s 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 r/w 109 IPC, Gandhi Nagar P.S.
