Congress today got a shot in the arm in Haryana with many senior leaders, including former Minister and former MLAs, joining the party here, reposing faith in the leadership of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
The leaders, who joined the Congress included four time MLA and ex-minister Jai Singh Rana; Rao Arjun Singh, the son of Rao Ajit Singh and the grandson of former Haryana Chief Minister Rao Birender Singh; the wife of Rao Ajit Singh Savita Singh; Balmiki leader and former MLA Phool Singh Kheri and backward class leader from Pundri Satbir Singh Bhana, who contested last assembly election as an independent candidate.The leaders expressed their faith in policies and programmes of Congress party.
