Hyderabad Metro Frequency To Be Increased

The Metro Rail frequency on 30-km Nagole-Miyapur stretch is likely to be increased in a few days with mandatory inspection by Commissioner Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) on Mettuguda-Ameerpet stretch completed on Tuesday night.

At present, the Metro services are being operated in manual mode between Mettuguda to Ameerpet. After the CMRS gives its nod, the stretch will be operated in Communication Based Train Control (CBTC), which will facilitate in increasing the train frequency.
