KTR Inaugurates Nala Bridge in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, April.20 (Maxim News): Minister for MA & UD K.T. Rama Rama Rao, has inaugurated a Nala bridge constructed by GHMC near Usha Mullapudi Road at Kukatpally. The new minor bridge was constricted across nala from Yellammabanda X Roads to Allwyn Colony in Kukatpally circle, at an estimated cost of Rs. 300 lakhs, and it was opened today for the convenience of the citizens. The main aim of the bridge is to reduce traffic congestion on the old Allwyn Colony road and allows free flow of traffic from Jagadgirigutta to Moosapet, JNTU Road.

Later, the Minister along with Ministers Nayini Narsimha Reddy, Mahender Reddy, Vishweshwar Reddy, M.P, Arikepudi Gandhi, MLA, Baba Fasiuddin, Deputy Mayor, Sai Baba, area Corporator, Dr.B.Janardhan Reddy, Commissioner, GHMC visited and interacted with the residents and local representatives and received lot of grievances and suggestions and assured them that all the problems will be taken care of. Rama Rao directed the officials concerned to look in to it and put up the proposals on priority to imitate action immediately

K.T.R said that most of the residents are staying in and around the lakes and it has been observed that lot of hysinth is being produced in the lakes constantly due to the polluted water which is flowing in lakes creating the problem and the Residential Welfare Associations must play a vital role to arrest this polluted water flow in to the lakes for beautification of the same. The Minister also said that most of the corporate companies are coming forward for taking up beautification of lakes and the Residents Welfare Associations must take this advantage for development of the lakes duly coordinating with the GHMC.(Maxim News)
