Pranab on a two-day visit to Karnataka

President Pranab Mukherjee arrived here ona two-day visit to Karnataka.

He was received at the HAL Airport by Governor Vajubhai Vala,Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Bengaluru Development Minister K JGeorge, Mayor Padmavathi, Chief Secretary Subhash Chandra Khuntia,DG and IGP R K Dutta and others.

The President will inaugurate the Green Line of Metro rail fromMantri Square Sampige Road Station to Yelachanahalli Metro Stationand dedicate Phase – I of ‘Namma Metro’ to the Nation at BanquetHall, Vidhana Soudha, the State Secretariat.
