Hyderabad, August 6 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has said that the society can never forget Prof K Jayashankar, who worked relentlessly for achieving the state.
The Chief Minister recollected Dr Jayashankar today on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
Mr Rao said Dr Jayashankar has sacrificed his entire life in spreading the separate Telangana statehood concept among the people from the time Hyderabad State merged with the Andhra State till the second phase of separate Telangana movement.
He said Dr Jayashankar would continue to remain a guiding spirit for the Telangana society, an official statement here said. (Maxim News)
