Telangana Joint Action Council (TJAC) chairman Prof Kodandaram called for a united fight against the State government’s indifferent attitude towards unemployed youth in Telangana in the form of a huge public meeting to be held in Hyderabad on October 31, called ‘Koluvulakai Kotlaata’ (fight for jobs).
During his tour of Sangareddy district on Monday, he met the mother of Ramakrishna who died after suffering from depression, having lost hopes on the government which created inordinate delay in giving DSC notification.
Ramakrishna, who did his B Ed and then PG, got depressed after failing to secure a government job. He stopped eating for weeks and during that period he suffered from malaria and typhoid. It was during this period he passed away.
On Monday, leaders from the Congress and the BJP, along with TJAC leaders, went to meet the aggrieved family members to offer their support.
