The Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) has called for a bandh tomorrow to protest the provisions of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of office-bearers of the CCCI and business and industry associations. The CCCI and other industry associations are not opposing the GST but are demanding that its provisions should be made “simpler, transparent and behavioural”, a CCCI statement said.
However, pharmacies at hospitals have been exempted.
