Uttam Demands Center To Declare Kerala Floods As National Calamity

Delhi, Aug.18 (Maxim News): Demanding the centre to declare floods in Kerala as national calamity, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy stated that the Congress MLAs, MLCs and MPs will donate their one month salary to the victims of Kerala disaster. He announced that TPCC would also extend its help to the Kerala very soon. He said that the Congress party discussed on Kerala floods.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday after the meeting with Rahul Gandhi, Uttam said that the meeting with AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi discussed on Rafale Scam. He said that about Rs.41,000 crore scam took place in Rafale Deal. “We will take Rafale Deal issue to the people”, he told and said that the then UPA government entered into an agreement with the France that Rs.526 crore per one Rafale War Flight but the present Prime Minister Narendra Modi entered into another agreement that Rs.1600 crore per one Rafale war flight. The NDA government spent Rs.41,000 crore for 36 flights, he alleged. (Maxim News)
