Hyderabad, September 05: GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said that people should be alert for the heavy rains that are falling without warning. In the wake of heavy rains on Tuesday, the officials toured many areas of the city and accelerated relief operations.
On this occasion, Commissioner Ronald Rose said… On the occasion of the lifting of the Himayat Sagar gates, the officials were ordered to alert the people of the lowland areas of the Musi catchment area. If necessary, the people of the low-lying areas should be moved to the resettlement center. In case of problems, the residents of the city should contact the GHMC helpline number 04-2111 1111, dial 100 or EVDM Control room 9000113667 for help. In view of the heavy rains, the commissioner asked the residents of the city to come out only if there is urgent work.
