30 Held at Unlicensed Bar, Dancers In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News): The Commissioner’s Task Force (West Zone) in Hyderabad apprehended 30 individuals, including staff, female dancers, and customers at the Hunter Retro Bar & Pub on late Sunday.

The Bar and pub operates without a license, conducting indecent dancing and creating noise pollution.

The unlicensed Bar and pub had engaged ten female dancers who were involved in indecent and obscene acts. The dancers were performing on the dance floor, making suggestive gestures towards male patrons and attempting to engage them in immoral activities to illegally extract money from customers.

It has also violated noise regulations by operating the DJ at a volume that disturbed the local residents.

Hyderabad: 30 Held at Unlicensed Bar-

According to P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad, the owner of the Bar & Pub, Event Organizer, Cashier, and DJ Play Boy were taken into custody and the police recovered the property Dell laptop, Numark Mixer, Pilot 2000 Console.

He said that on credible information, the accused individuals were apprehended, and seized property was recovered from their possession.

The accused persons, along with the confiscated items, have been handed over to the SHO SR Nagar Police Station for further investigation. The accused persons have been booked under relevant sections of the Excise Act, the Indian Penal Code, and the Noise Pollution Act, They have been produced before a magistrate and remanded in judicial custody.
