Hyderabad, Sept 17 (Maxim News): Telangana Telugu Desam State Vice president and in-charge of Hyderabad Parliamentary Constituency and Business tycoon, Ali Bin Ibrahim Masqati has joined Congress party before the AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge wearing the Congress scarf today.
