High Court Shock To Actor Navdeep In Drug Case

Hyderabad, Sept 20 (Maxim News): Actor Navdeep, who is an accused in a drug case, has filed a petition in the High Court. The hearing was held today. The High Court rejected his petition.

The police explained to the court that Navdeep had earlier drug cases. But his lawyer Siddharth argued that Navdeep was not an accused in previous drug cases. It was explained to the court that he had also appeared before the investigating agencies earlier.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court dismissed the petition filed by Navdeep. It directed the Narcotics Police to issue notices under Section 41A to him. It also clarified that Navdeep must attend the court for investigation. Meanwhile, the police named Navdeep as A29 in the Madhapur drug case.

Navdeep is the 29th accused in the Madhapur drug case. Police are alleging that hero Navdeep took drugs in a drug party held at Madhapur Fresh Living apartment. Navdeep denies these allegations. He alleges that his name is included in the drug case every time it comes to the fore. (Maxim News)
