Adilabad/Hyderabad, Nov 28 (Maxim News): There was tension in YSR nagar Colony in Nirmal district headquarters. The ruling BRS and its friendly MIM activists attacked the convoy of the BJP candidate Aleti Maheshwar Reddy while he was on campaign with stones and sticks.
BRS leader and Municipal Vice Chairman Sajid Ahmed along with his followers attacked the BJP workers. In this connection, there was a fight between the two groups, pushing each other. They hit each other with stones and sticks. This created a tense atmosphere. The police intervened and brought the situation under control.
The police have made strong arrangements in YSR Colony. BJP’s election campaign will continue amid police presence. (Maxim News)
