In 2018, BJP leader Vijay Mishra filed a defamation case alleging that Rahul Gandhi had made objectionable comments against Union Home Minister Amit Shah during a press conference in Bangalore. He criticized Rahul’s comments that BJP was involved in a murder case during Amit Shah’s tenure. The Sultanpur court conducted an inquiry on this case on Tuesday, Today Rahul also attended the hearing of the case.
