Police Busted Illegal Weapons Racket: Pistol With 3 Live Rounds Seized

 Hyderabad, May 2 (Maxim News): In view of the parliamentary elections, Cyberabad Police are conducting thorough checks of vehicles and suspicious persons in all areas under the jurisdiction of Cyberabad Commissionerate as per the orders of Cyberabad CP.

Last night SOT Balanagar Police and Jeedimetla Police were jointly conducting vehicle checks in Ayodhyanagar and Chintal and Jeedimetla PS, when a young man came in an Activa vehicle and his movements were suspicious. When he was stopped and searched, a country-made pistol with three bullets was found in his possession, which was seized and questioned.

On inquiry, he revealed that his name is Guddi Vamsi Krishna Goud and he belongs to Jeedimetla Qutubullapur, Ayodhyanagar.

One Vishal Yadav (Gun Runner) from Madhya Pradesh was introduced through Facebook last year. After many conversations on phones since last year. Vishal Yadav revealed that he is supplying arms, if you are interested he will supply pistols, you can earn huge money by selling arms in Hyderabad.

Vamsi agreed to start an arms business and for a pistol (cost Rs 50,000) last month paid Rs. 19,000/- paid. Vishal told Vamsi that he had come to Khajipet, Warangal on March 6 and had brought a pistol. Vamsi went to Khajipet in her Activa vehicle and took Vishal with her for Rs. 30,000/- in cash to Vishal and returned to Qutubullapur with a pistol containing 3 live rounds. He has been looking for buyers (local anti-socialists, land grabbers or goons) in the city since last one month (price 2,08 lakhs each).

As part of that, last night he came out with a weapon and was going towards Balanagar on an Activa bike. On the way, SOT Balanagar police and Jeedimetla police were conducting a joint vehicle check at Chintal. A country made pistol loaded with 3 rounds was seized from him. The SOT police managed to stop it. Also, the police are also investigating from the point of view of whether the arms were sold to anyone earlier. (Maxim News)
