The court made it clear that they cannot sympathize with Kavitha because she is a woman.  The Delhi High Court observed that as an educated woman of repute, she was involved in illegal activities.  So should Kavitha be granted bail based on the evidence against her along with her role in this case or not? It has been revealed that there will be a decision.

According to the evidence collected by the ED, Kavitha was one of the main conspirators of the new liquor policy scam in Delhi. It was found that some other accused also worked on her behalf in this case.  As a result, the court dismissed her bail petitions, clarifying that she could not be considered a helpless woman.  (Maxim News)
