Hearing On Kavitha Bail Petition Adjourned To Aug 7
Hyderabad, Aug 5 (Maxim News): BRS MLC Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam Case, which created a sensation all over the country, does not seem to have any way out of Tihar Jail. The Rouse Avenue Court, which has already dismissed the bail petition several times, adjourned the hearing of the default bail petition on Monday.

Judge Kaveri Bhaveja Made It Clear That The Next Hearing Is Adjourned To August 7
Kavitha’s lawyer asked the court to adjourn the case to another day as the senior advocate was not available. Judge Kaveri Bhavejja adjourned further proceedings in this order. However, the tension in BRS has increased as to what is going on in Rouse Avenue Court.
BRS sources say that her brother, former ministers Kalvakuntla KTR and T. Harish Rao are likely to meet Kavitha who is in Tihar Jail today. Since Kavitha was arrested, these two have been making efforts to get bail till today. On the one hand, in the Rouse Avenue Court, on the other hand, the efforts of the Supreme Court, the highest court of the country, did not stop. However, every time there are a series of shocks in the court.
