Rs. 1372 Cr Released For Works To Be Undertaken Under MGNREGS: Seethakka
Hyderabad, Nov 2 (Maxim News): Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Seethakka, held a video conference with DRDAs on Mahatma Gandhi’s National Rural Employment Guarantee works at the Secretariat on the works to be done in the next five months.

Special measures have been issued to complete the work within the stipulated time. For employment guarantee work before March. Rs. 1,372 crores have been released, said the Minister.
Minister Seethakka directed the work to be undertaken through the employment guarantee scheme. Minister Seethakka has issued orders to prepare plans at the field level to ensure employment for women, roads to crop fields, plantation or orchards, wells, construction of infrastructure in villages, and employment funds for Swachh Bharat Mission.
