Governor Approved Bhu Bharati Bill 2024

Hyderabad, Jan 9 (Maxim News): Governor Jishnu Dev Verma has approved the Bhu Bharati Bill brought by the Congress government. With this, Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has instructed the officials to take steps to implement this Bhu Bharati Act as soon as possible.

A copy of the Bhu Bharati Bill approved by the Governor was handed over to Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy by Revenue Principal Secretary Naveen Mittal at the Secretariat on Thursday. 

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that a revenue officer is going to be appointed for every revenue village and the exercise related to this has come to fruition.  Better and comprehensive revenue services should be provided to the people of Telangana as soon as possible.  The revenue department should work in accordance with the government’s ideas.  This government aspires to bring the revenue system closer to the people.  In public administration, the people are the center of our government’s decisions and ideas.  Keeping them in mind, the officers and staff of the revenue department should work together to make the common people happy, he said.  (Maxim News)
