Big Relief for Bandi Sanjay: High Court Dismisses Case

Hyderabad, March 20 (Maxim News): Telangana High Court has dismissed the case against Karimnagar BJP MP and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay, bringing him a major relief.

The case was filed against him following complaints to the Secunderabad Market Police, alleging that he had made provocative remarks inciting religious hatred during the GHMC elections.

Court Finds No Evidence

Bandi Sanjay later challenged the case in the High Court, seeking its dismissal. During the hearing today, his lawyer argued that there was no substantial evidence to support the allegations.

Agreeing with the defense, the High Court dismissed the case, ruling in favor of the BJP leader. (Maxim News)
