Hyderabad, Oct 11 (Maxim News): In view of the Telangana High Court recently stayed the 42% BC reservation in local body elections. The High Court clarified in its order that it did not interfere with the election process.
It stated that an interim stay was given only on GO 9 and 41. It said that elections can be held with the old reservations. In this context, the State Election Commission has held discussions with legal experts. The next decision will be taken based on their suggestions. (Maxim News)
