The Air Force Academy (AFA), Dundigal, has been honored with the ‘Pride of the Training Command’ trophy at the Training Command Commanders’ Conference 2025. The conference was held on October 23 and 24 at the Headquarters of the Training Command (HQ TC) in Bengaluru. The award recognizes Dundigal’s outstanding achievements in operations, maintenance, and administration.

Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), presided over the conference and personally presented the trophy to the Dundigal station. The event saw participation from commanders of all training establishments under the Training Command. During the conference, discussions focused on transforming training philosophies, modernizing infrastructure, and aligning instructional practices with the changing operational requirements of the Indian Air Force.
