Hyderabad: The Nizamabad Corporation results have highlighted the BJP’s strong presence in the municipal body. In the final outcome, the BJP won 28 out of 60 divisions in the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation. The results show a clear distribution of seats among major political parties.
BJP Leads in Nizamabad Municipal Corporation
According to the final figures, the BJP secured 28 divisions in the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation. Meanwhile, Congress candidates won 17 seats. AIMIM followed with 14 seats, while BRS secured one seat.
The Nizamabad Corporation results reflect the performance of all major parties in the 60 divisions. Polling concluded on Wednesday across all these divisions. Subsequently, the counting process determined the final seat tally for each party.
Congress AIMIM and BRS Share Remaining Divisions
Congress emerged as the second largest party with 17 seats. At the same time, AIMIM won 14 divisions, establishing a notable presence in the corporation. However, BRS managed to secure only one seat in the final outcome.
The results underline the BJP’s influence in the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation. With 28 seats, the party stands ahead of its competitors in the 60 division body. Meanwhile, Congress and AIMIM together account for a significant share of the remaining seats.
The Nizamabad Corporation results come after polling ended on Wednesday in all 60 divisions. Thereafter, the final outcome confirmed the BJP’s lead, followed by Congress, AIMIM and BRS in the municipal corporation.
