Hyderabad: Tehran bombing incidents have intensified as US and Israeli forces carried out major retaliatory attacks on Iran. The latest strikes hit the Iranian capital Tehran and killed 20 civilians. A major oil depot in the city was also attacked. The strikes came as the Middle East conflict entered its ninth day.

Reports say missiles from the United States and Israel struck several locations in Tehran. The attacks caused heavy destruction across the city. Fuel storage tanks suffered severe damage. Tehran’s oil refinery was also heavily damaged during the strikes. Meanwhile, an Israeli attack burned a police station in the capital. In addition, Israel reportedly used 80 fighter jets to carry out bombing operations over Iran.

According to available information, Israel continued missile strikes throughout the night in Tehran. The attack also targeted an IRGC base camp in the city. The conflict has caused major loss of life across the region. So far, 1,230 people have died in Iran during the war. In Lebanon, the death toll has reached 290. Meanwhile, about a dozen people have been killed in Israel.

Tehran bombing linked to wider Middle East conflict

The Tehran bombing came after earlier warnings about a major strike on Iran. Former US President Donald Trump had previously warned that a devastating attack would take place. As the conflict continues, both sides appear unwilling to step back from military action.

Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti armed forces reported drone attacks on fuel tanks at Kuwait International Airport. An official spokesman from the Ministry of Defense said the strike was an attempt to directly target the country’s critical infrastructure. The Kuwaiti army later shared details about the incident on the social media platform X.

Tehran bombing deepens regional tensions

The situation has also drawn international reactions. China has urged all sides to resolve the Iran issue through dialogue. The Chinese Foreign Minister said that a solution cannot be achieved through the use of force. He also stated that major powers should play a constructive role in reducing tensions.

At the same time, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani made strong remarks about the conflict. He said, “I have received information that many American soldiers have been taken prisoner by Iran, but the US says they died in the war. No matter how hard it tries, the US cannot hide the truth for long.”

Meanwhile, Iran also launched an attack on Bahrain. Authorities said the strike targeted a site near Mina Salman. Officials are currently trying to control the fire at the location.

In another development, Donald Trump arrived at Dover Air Base in Delaware to receive the bodies of six American soldiers killed in a drone attack in Kuwait. He attended the ceremony to honor their sacrifice.

Tensions are also rising across Gulf countries. Saudi Arabia warned that Iran may continue attacks on its energy sector. The Saudi government said Riyadh will retaliate if such attacks occur.
