Narayanpet/Hyderabad, june 18 (Maxim News): Plot owners have blocked the Bharatmala road works to be undertaken with central government funds from plots located in survey numbers 669 and 672 in Marikal mandal center of the district. On Thursday, the plot owners came onto the road and stopped the works as the government was taking up the work without providing compensation to the plot owners.
They expressed concern that despite going around the RDO office for compensation, there was no response. They demanded that the government should take up the work only after providing compensation to those who had purchased the plots at a cost of lakhs. (Maxim News)
