Rajanarasimha described the Government Nizamia Tibbi College and Nizamia General Hospital in Hyderabad as prestigious institutions that have played a vital role in promoting Unani medicine in Telangana. He said the State government is committed to strengthening these institutions and enhancing healthcare delivery.

The Minister directed the Telangana Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC) to accelerate the construction of the new Outpatient Block and Pharmacy Building at Nizamia General Hospital. He instructed officials to complete the works by January and make the facilities operational without delay.

He also expressed concern over vacancies among doctors, teaching faculty and other staff, stating that these shortages should not affect patient care or academic activities.
