Hyderabad, Sept. 2: Hyderabad Traffic Police announced diversions on September 3 from 2 pm to 7 pm for the inauguration of the flyover from Nalgonda X Road to Owaisi Junction.
The road between Saidabad Y Junction and Nalgonda X Road will remain closed during the programme.
Officials advised commuters to avoid the stretch as congestion is likely on nearby roads and junctions.
Hyderabad Traffic Diversions and Alternative Routes
Traffic from Nalgonda X Road towards Saidabad Y Junction, Santosh Nagar and IS Sadan will be diverted at Nalgonda X Road via Malakpet Gunj, Moosarambagh X Road and Gaddiannaram X Road.
Vehicles will then proceed via Gaddiannaram, Raghavendra Tiffin Centre, Shiva Ganga Theatre, Hanafiya Mosque, Sankeswar Bazar, Singareni Colony, Onus Robotic Hospital and Champapet.
Traffic from IS Sadan X Road towards Saidabad Y Junction and Nalgonda X Road will be diverted at Saidabad Y Junction.
The alternative route will pass through DCP III Office, Saidabad Law and Order Police Station, Saraswathi Nagar Kaman, Sankeswar Bazar and Indian Petrol Bunk.
Vehicles will then proceed via Hanafiya Mosque, Gaddiannaram X Road and Nalgonda X Road.
Traffic from Mirchowk towards Saidabad Y Junction via Dabeerpura Bridge will be diverted at Tribunal Court.
The alternative route will pass through Dabeerpura Kaman, Shaik Fayaz Kaman, Ganga Nala, Bada Bazar, Yakutpura RUB, 82 Bus Stop, Madannapet Mandi and Santosh Nagar Main Road.
Traffic from Dabeerpura Kaman towards Chanchalguda X Road and Malakpet will also be diverted at Tribunal Court.
Commuters will be directed through Darulshifa Ground, Success School, SJ Rotary Chaderghat and Malakpet Main Road.
Hyderabad Traffic Police urged citizens to avoid the affected routes and use alternative roads during the specified hours.
