Chada Flays Govt On RTC Strike
Hyderabad, Nov.15 (Maxim News): CPI secretary Ch Venkat Reddy today criticised the state government for foolish attitude on the RTC strike issues.
In a statement here he said that the RTC JAC has come down a step by setting aside merger demand and the government is not ready for talks. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is headstrong and failed to invite the JAC for talks.
The CPI leader said that the government should at least now hold talks as the JAC is not insisting on the merger demand. Strike is causing a life of problems to general public and government ought to hold talks.
He held government responsible for RTC workers suicides and accidents being caused due to temporary drivers. KCR government has to call RTC JAC for talks to end the 42nd days of stir.
He also appealed that the Centre with 31 percent share in RTC has to intervene to end the strike for normalcy.(Maxim News)
