Along with Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia also received a clean chit. The court stated that there was no evidence against the 23 accused, including Kavitha. As a result, the court discharged all the accused in the Delhi Liquor Policy Case.
However, the CBI will challenge the Rouse Avenue court verdict. The agency has decided to contest the discharge order. Meanwhile, the court’s ruling marks a significant development in the case.

Speaking to the media after the verdict, Arvind Kejriwal said, “Five leaders of AAP have been put in jail. I have never done anything wrong in my life. Prime Minister Modi has focused only on the opposition. Modi does not care about public problems. Many false cases have been filed against me. They have tried to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party. I am a truly honest person. I have only worked for the people. Truth will always win.”
The Delhi Liquor Policy Case has been under hearing before the Rouse Avenue court. On Friday, the court concluded that the CBI charge sheet lacked merit. Therefore, it discharged Kejriwal, Sisodia, and other accused persons.
