Indian Army Delta 5 Motorcycle Expedition Arrives In Hyderabad
Hyderabad: The southern route of the Delta 5 Motorcycle Expedition, organized by the Indian Army, arrived in the city on Monday. The expedition is a pan-India journey to commemorate the Rajat Jayanti (silver jubilee) of Kargil Vijay Diwas, honoring the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers who fought in the Kargil War.

The eight riders from the Regiment of Artillery had embarked on their journey from Dhanushkodi, Tamil Nadu, on June 12. Over 28 days, they will cover more than 4,000 kilometers. Having traversed through Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana, they will head to Manali, Sarchu, and Nyoma. Their destination is the Kargil War Memorial at Dras, where they are expected to arrive on July 10, a press statement said.
