Hyderabad, April 3: Kavitha New Party developments took center stage as Kalvakuntla Kavitha announced that her proposed political party will use an old name and come before people with a new agenda. She stated that the ruling Congress party remains her main political opponent.
Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad on Friday, Kavitha said her party will follow the ideologies of Prof. Jayashankar. She also said that her party will not have any ideologists from Bihar. Meanwhile, she described the Bharat Rashtra Samithi as being in a dormant state.
Kavitha new party plans and TRS name remark
Kavitha said that the name Telangana Rashtra Samithi is vacant and open for use. She indicated that a special team is currently working on the party’s registration process. Therefore, the formation of the party is expected to follow a structured plan. She also stated that she will visit the martyrs’ stupa on the party’s formation day.
At the same time, Kavitha made indirect remarks targeting Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and BRS MLA T. Harish Rao. She referred to them as friends of the group mason, gunta and jackals. However, she did not elaborate further on the statement.
Kavitha targets Congress and election plans
Kavitha also spoke about her electoral plans. She said that if the Siddipet Assembly constituency is declared a women’s reservation seat, she will contest from there. She added that she will consider contesting from Gajwel as well if it is reserved for women.
Meanwhile, she made a remark about Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s political campaigns. She said that he campaigned in the Maharashtra Assembly elections and defeated that party. She added that she would campaign in Kerala and defeat the Congress party there.
In addition, Kavitha commented on the idea of a future city mentioned by Revanth Reddy. She said she wrote a poem stating that it is enough if the city is not killed. Her remarks reflect a mix of political positioning and criticism aimed at the ruling party.
