Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister and BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao extended his greetings to the people of Telangana on the occasion of the ‘Sri Prabhava’ Nama Sasthra Ugadi festival. He said the festival holds deep meaning beyond the change of time and reflects cultural and social values.

He stated that Ugadi is not just about the passage of time. Instead, it has become the ‘Rythu Nama Sastra’, which marks the resumption of agricultural work.
