Delhi Liquor Scam: Kavitha And Kejriwal’s Judicial Custody Extended

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 7 (Maxim News): The Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of BRS MLC Kavitha, who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. It has been revealed that the custody is being extended till May 14.

As the judicial custody imposed by the trial court in the ED case ended today, the authorities produced Kavitha directly before the court. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court once again directed the investigation agencies to extend the custody. With this, the verdict was issued extending the custody for another week. She will remain in Tihar Jail till May 14. Besides, the court allowed Kavitha to meet the three family members. The ED will file a charge sheet against Kavitha within a week.
