Hyderabad: In the joint operation, the Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team and Police Golconda PS, nabbed one Drug peddler Ugochukw Chukwuebuka God Power @ Godpower (Nigerian National) at Seven Tombs, Golconda, Hyderabad who is in illegal possession of Narcotic substance drug “Cocaine” in order to deliver to customers. Seized (20) grams of Cocaine, (03) Cell phones from the possession of accused.
Ugochukw chukwuebuka god power @ Godpower is a Drug peddler in Hyderabad. He came to India on business VISA and doing Garments export business. He use one of their local dialects to communicate with one another and deliver drug to the consumers, Customers from Goa, Mumbai through drug peddlers. The accused is purchase Cocaine Drug for Rs. 2,000/- to 2,500/- from drug peddler and sell the same Rs. 5000/- to 6,000/- per gram to the consumers at Hyderabad to gain easy money.
A communiqué said here today that the accused Ugochukw chukwuebuka god power @ Godpower, is native of Nigeria Country. He came to Indian on business visa. Previous he stayed at Delhi and Hyderabad at his Nigerian Country friends. Due to financial problems as per the advise of his friends, he use to supply Narcotic drug from Goa, Mumbai to other cities on commission basis to the needy customers, Habitual consumers.
The accused developed contacts with potential customers, consumers and supplying cocaine drug. He also built-up chain system in-between Drug customers, seller to hide his identity. Previous the accused involved in NDPS Act cases vide Cr.No.357/2016 U/s 21(b) & 27(a) of NDPS Act-1985 of Golconda PS and Cr.No.291/2017 U/s 21(b), 27(a) of NDPS Act-1985 (Cocaine) of Banjara Hills PS and remanded to judicial custody. Later he was released from Chanchalguda Jail. After release from jail to maintain his luxurious life to get money in easy manner he is supply cocaine drug to the customers, agents on commission basis to gain easy money.
Accordingly today the drug peddler Ugochukw chukwuebuka god power @ Godpower reached at Seven Tombs, Golconda in order to deliver the Cocaine to customer, meanwhile on tip off apprehended him along with the narcotic drug “Cocaine”. Seized Cocaine Drug : 20 Grams, 03 Mobile phones from the possession of accused. The accused along with seized material handed over to SHO, Golconda PS for further necessary action.
