Hyderabad, Feb 9 (Maxim News):  IX Adj. Court, Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar convicted the accused person Mallsetty Yeshwanth S/o shamba Lingappa age 50 years resident of Rajiv colony Tandur, Village and Mandal, vikarabad a rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and fined an amount of Rs. 26,000

 the Honorable IX ADJ Court Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar convicted the accused person Mallsetty Yeshwanth S/o Shambu Lingappa age: 50 Yrs, Occ: Lorry Driver of B. No: TS 07 UA 1984, R/o Rajiv Colony, Tandur (V) & (M), Vikarabad (D) Rigorous imprisonment for 10 years & fined amount Rs. 26,000/-.

The accused drove his lorry rashly and negligently manner with high speed under the influence of alcohol and hit the roadside tree, resulting in, the said tree collapsing, and falling on the complainant’s father Sreedhar, who stood beside the roadside trees and also the said lorry driver hit another two persons, who stood along with scooty near the tree.  As a result, one person Suresh Kumar aged 27 years died on the spot and another two persons Sreedhar and Vishwanath aged 61 years were injured.  the injured Sreedhar died while he was moving to the hospital

On the receipt of a complaint from the Complainant Nimmagadda Divakar S/o Sreedhar,  the then SHO of Nandigama PS Inspector Ch. Ramaiah had registered a case in Cr.No: 372/2021 vide SC.No. 164/2022, U/S 304-II, 338 IPC & Sec 3 of PDPP Act, 183,184,185(A) MV Act and took up the investigation. 

After the completion of the investigation, he filed a charge sheet in the Honorable Court. During the trial, the Honorable IX ADJ Court Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar convicted the accused person Mallsetty Yeshwanth (Maxim News)
