100% Garbage Collection From Every House To Make The City Clean: Mayor

Hyderabad, September 01: Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi advised the clean auto drivers to make Hyderabad city clean and green by collecting 100% garbage from every house. On Friday, the mayor handed over raincoats to the clean auto drivers at Panwar Hall in the GHMC headquarters.

On this occasion, the Mayor said that clean auto drivers should collect garbage from every house and garbage collection should be done in colonies as well as slum areas. Swachh Auto Vahandar should work responsibly by collecting garbage regularly in their designated area at 4:30 every day.

He said that action should be taken against those who throw garbage outside against the rules. He said that for the health protection of clean auto drivers, rubber gloves will be provided, T-shirts with dress code, health cards and necessary infrastructure will be provided. He said that Hyderabad should be kept at the forefront in Swachh Sarvekshan ranking.
