118 Prajavani Applications: Amrapali Kata Directs GHMC to Resolve Issues

Hyderabad, Aug 05 (Maxim News): GHMC Commissioner Amrapali Kata has directed the authorities to focus on the resolution of applications received on various issues in public broadcasting.

People from different parts of the city flocked to the public hearing held at the GHMC headquarters on Monday to resolve various issues. Commissioner Amrapali received appeals from the people of Kata.

Speaking on this occasion, the commissioner suggested that the officials of the respective departments should pay special attention to the applications received in public. It is suggested that the problem should be solved without any delay and informed to the concerned applicants and if not solved, the reasons should be given in writing.

8 Requests Received via Phone-In Program, Sent for Resolution

In the public hearing held at the GHMC headquarters, 43 requests were received, including Town Planning 23, Revenue 4, Admin 3, CE Maintenance 3, CMOH 2, Housing 2, UBD, CPRO, LA. O, Finance, Transport and Sports departments received one request each.

A total of 75 applications were received in six zones under GHMC. Out of that, Kukat Pally 46, Khairatabad 13, Secunderabad 6, Serilingampally 5, Charminar zone 3, LBnagar zone 2 appeals.

Additional Commissioners Nalini Padmavathy, Srivatsava, Satyanarayana, Yadagiri Rao, Geeta Radhika, Additional CCPs Gangadhar, Pradeep, SNDP were present in this program. CE Koteswara Rao, CM&HO Dr. Padmaja, officers and employees of respective departments and others participated. (Maxim News)
