18 Months Old Boy Mauled to Death By Stray Dogs In Hyderabad: CM Key Orders

Hyderabad, July 17 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed grief over the death of a boy in a dog attack. He said that the death of the boy was shocking. Actions should be taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

He said that a toll-free number should be set up to complain about the attack of stray dogs. He said that a committee should be formed with representatives of organizations like veterinary doctors and Blue Cross. All hospitals have been ordered to provide immediate treatment if attacked by dogs.

It may be recalled that Stray dog attacks are increasing day by day. Recently, a boy was attacked by stray dogs. This tragic incident took place in the Jawahar Nagar area, Hyderabad.  A boy named Vihan (2) was attacked by a group of dogs while playing in Adarshnagar Colony. Vihaan’s scalp was eaten by a group of dogs, and hair and skin fell on the ground. Alerted by the boy’s screams, the family immediately rushed him to the hospital, where Vihan died while undergoing treatment.

In another incident, a boy named Devender (7) who was playing outside the house in Mangelu of Jagityal-Birpur mandal was seriously injured when a dog attacked him. The alarmed family members rushed the boy to the district hospital. People are panicking as dog attacks are increasing in many places. The authorities are demanding control of the stray dogs.  (Maxim News)
