1st day Fever Survey, Out of 12.60 lakh People, 45000 Have Mild Symptoms: Harish Rao

Hyderabad, Jan.22 (Maxim News): Health Minister T Harish Rao today said that on the first day health staff conducted fever survey for 12.60 lakh people across the state.

Out of them about 45000 people were found with symptoms and got medical kits from the health staff. He inspected the fever survey at his Siddipet district and interacted with the people.

The Minister later told press persons that the government is conducting a fever survey to check corona, omicron spread.

We are giving medical kits with some tablets to check the symptoms like fever, cold and related ailments, the minister said.

The minister said that the medical kits comprise – Azithromycin, Paracetamol, Levo Citrizen, Ranitidine (Rantac), Vitamin C, D medicines and Multi vitamin tablets.

Harish Rao said that the people should cooperate with the health staff to conduct and complete the fever survey. Most of the people are recovering with mild symptoms in just five days, the minister said.

He said that the people should follow corona protocols to avoid infections and spreading of the symptoms. The minister appreciated the health staff for house to house survey for finding out people with fever and other symptoms.

The minister claimed that on the first day the health staff conducted a survey house to house for 12.60 lakhs people.

Out of them only about 45000 people are with mild symptoms, the minister said.. The people will get rid of the problems by wearing masks, sanitizing hands and maintaining social distance, the minister said.

In seven days the state will complete the fever survey and health staff will give medical kits to the people with mild symptoms. Those who take the medicines can recover within four to five days and stop spreading the virus, he hoped. (Maxim News)
