Madarsa Aliya Souvenir First Copy Presented To Zahid Ali Khan

Madarsa Aliya | Hyderabad, Feb 22 (Maxim News): A team of Aliyans, (a group of ex-students of Aliya High School and Junior College) has published a wonderful and dignified souvenir on the occasion of Madrasa Aliya’s 150th anniversary and the first copy of this souvenir was presented to prominent journalist and editor of Siasat Daily Zahid Ali Khan.

The delegation comprising Ghulam Muhammad, Syed Abdul Mutkabar Arshad Pirzada, Muhammad Iftikhar Hussain, Yousuf Zafar, Syed Hamid Latif, and Syed Jahangir alumni of the prestigious educational institution of Telangana state.

Zahid Ali Khan, who has been a former student of Madrasa Aliya, expressed his happiness for the efforts of Team Alliance and said that it is an honor that some of the leading former students of the Madrasa have shared their memories of their educational institution.

He celebrated 150 years of this madrassa on a grand scale and provided a unique opportunity to relive old memories by inviting hundreds of former students to participate in the celebration.

He advised Team Alliance to maintain the good example they have set by lighting the lamp and try to organize such an event every year. The students who have graduated from this seminary are occupying a prominent position in society today and are serving the country and the nation.

Team Alliance needs to start a series of solid welfare and constructive services. He is with them in this work to raise awareness of educational, social, and economic development in the nation and will provide whatever help and support is possible.

Team Alliance expressed their gratitude to Zahid Ali Khan and said. That they will start a new series of services and awareness under their guidance as per their valuable suggestions.

This colorful and beautiful souvenir has been arranged by a former student of Madrasah Aliya, eminent journalist Soma Shekhar, former Business Editor of Daily Hindu, and Associate Editor Ms. Fareeha Fatima.

This souvenir includes essays and memorable photos of eminent personalities, through which an attempt has been made to highlight the historical importance of this madrassa.

It is worth mentioning here that on the night of January 7, a wonderful and memorable celebration of 150 years was held at Shab Nizam Club, in which hundreds of former students participated, had participated.

In this Madrasa, personalities like Nawab Mir Usman Ali Khan, numerous princes, and Nawab Mukram Jah Bahadur, the former ruler of the state, have the honor of getting an education. It was established by the then Prime Minister Salar Jang Bin 1872 during the reign of the sixth Nawab Mir Mehboob Ali Khan for the education of the children of the royal family. (Maxim News)
