Telangana State Transport Department Record Income For Financial Year 2022-23
Hyderabad, April 2 (Maxim News): Telangana State Transport department has got a record income for the financial year 2022-23.
Compared to the 2021-22 financial year, the revenue from all taxes has increased by 60.92 percent. In 2021-22, the Transport Department received an income of Rs. 3,971.38 crores, but for the year 2022-23, which ended on March 31, it was Rs. 6,390.80 crores, the relevant officers disclosed in a statement.
The official said that green tax income has achieved a record growth of 1,067.41 percent. Of the total income, life tax is Rs, 4,670.04 crores, quarterly tax is Rs. 779.09 crores and various types of fees are Rs. 552.53 crores. (Maxim News)
