New Parliament Building Should Be Inaugurated By The President Not By Modi: Rahul Gandhi

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 21 (Maxim News): Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday said that the new Parliament building should be inaugurated by President Murmu and not by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
