If PM Modi Does Not Follow Verdict Of SC: CM KCR

Hyderabad, May 27 (Maxim News): If Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not follow the verdict given by the Supreme Court that the officials have to work under the government elected by the people. The Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao commented that there is an emergency situation in India and wants to do something with the decorative governor system, where they are taking this country, what they want to do.

Addressing the press conference at Pragathi Bhavan along with the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann Singh discussed closely the way the Center is acting and the Central Ordinance. They said that the Central government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not change even after the Karnataka elections results are kicked,

KCR expressed anger over where the country is being taken. He concluded that the anarchy and agendas of the center of the country are too much. He expressed deep anger that the Center is troubling non-BJP governments. What is the Governor’s system? Governor’s post is a decorative post. How does the Governor mean that he will not allow the budget to be passed? the plight of having to go to the Supreme Court and make a budget. Can there be such a miserable situation anywhere? said KCR at the Centre.

AAP came to power three times through a social movement. AAP won the Delhi municipal elections with a clear majority. However, the mayor threatened to take the oath. In the end, they had to go to the supreme court and hold the mayoral election. The Supreme Court ruled that all transfers of officers should be done under the Delhi government. The Center brought the ordinance in defiance of the Supreme Court. The Center is threatening the Lieutenant Governor by blocking him. We will oppose this ordinance brought by the center as a platform of Parliament. The Prime Minister should withdraw the ordinance. People will strongly criticize Modi Sarkar. People of Karnataka have told BJP. Center style is a danger to democracy. The Centre’s behavior is insulting to the people of Delhi. The central government should open its eyes soon.

The Governor’s system is also being misused by the Centre. But why not implement the Supreme Court Judgment? Take back the ordinance yourself, it is not good for you, your country, and democracy. The situation looks worse than an emergency.
