Group-1 Prelims Exam On June 11: Gates To Be Closed 15 Minutes Before

Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News):  TSPSC has completed the arrangements for the written exam to be held on Sunday, June 11 to fill 503 Group-1 service jobs in the state.  

The exam will be held from  10.30 am to 1 pm.  It has been announced that the gates will be closed 15 minutes before the start of the examination.

TSPSC Chairman Janardhan Reddy conducted a review with District  Collectors, SPs, Joint Collectors and Chief Superintendents.  Candidates should bring the hall ticket along with the identity card while coming to the examination centre.  

A total of 3,80,052 people have applied for the Group-1 examination across the state. 2.86 lakh people appeared in the preliminary examination conducted last year.  The Commission, which canceled the examination due to the leakage of question papers, is conducting a re-examination on sunday.  So far 2.75 lakh people have downloaded hall tickets. The commission has set up 994 examination centers across the state for conducting the examination.  Commission sources said that if the question paper given to the candidate is in another language, he should immediately contact the invigilator and get another one. The question paper code must be written on the OMR, according to which the valuation will be done on the basis of the key.

Chief Secretary, Shanti Kumari directed the District Collectors to make strict arrangements for the management of Group-1 and ensure that the examination is conducted smoothly. The Chief Secretary held the teleconference on Friday on the arrangements for good governance and literary days.  Meetings should be organized in district, revenue divisions and mandal centers on the occasion of Good Governance today.  It is suggested to organise various programs in district and mandal centers on the occasion of Literature Day on Sunday.  (Maxim News)
