Monsoon Session of the Parliament to commence from 20th July

The Monsoon session of Parliament will commence on July 20 and conclude on August 11, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi announced on Saturday.

“Urge all parties to contribute towards productive discussions on Legislative Business and other items during the Monsoon Session,” Joshi tweeted.

The upcoming session is likely to be conducted at the recently-inaugurated new Parliament building, constructed adjacent to the old Parliament House. However, the government is yet to make an official announcement.
