Revanth’s Comments On Free Electricity Insults To Farmers: Talasani

Hyderabad, July 11 (Maxim News):  TPCC President Revanth’s Reddy comments that only 3 to 4 hours of free power to farmers is enough as more than 95 percent of the farmers are having below 3 acres of land holding and alleging that there is corruption in free power supply to farmers is insulting to the Telangana farmers said Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries. 

Speaking to press persons, here today, Talasani said that during the Congress regime, the farmers used to get free power for 3 to 4 hours, presently with the efforts of the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao quality power is being supplied to the farmers that too free for 24 hours, with this the standard of living of the farmers has improved and lot of economic changes have started coming in the lives of the farmers. 

He appealed to the farmers to teach the lesson to the Congress party in the coming Assembly elections.  he said that the BRS is credited with celebrating agriculture in Telangana, today, Telangana has become Annapurna for the country.   The Congress party neglected agriculture and turned the state into drought-stricken districts.  Revanth can’t bear it if the farmers live with dignity, free electricity is the farmer’s bond as an investment, and even a single acre cannot be cultivated without electricity. he said.
