More Than 6,000 Applied For MLA Tickets In Telangana BJP

Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News): Telangana politics heats up as elections approach. Major parties are moving forward aggressively. While the BRS candidates have already been announced, applications have been invited for the selection of BJP and Congress candidates. As a result, applications for contesting on behalf of the BJP poured in.

It is remarkable that over 6,000 people applied for the tickets at a record level. The applications were received on September 4. The deadline ended on September 10.  Aspirants flocked heavily for the ticket.

More than 6 thousand aspirants applied for 119 constituencies in the state, so you can understand the level of competition. It is noteworthy that 2,781 applications were received on the last day. But each candidate applied for three or four seats. It is said that they have done this with the feeling that if they do not get a chance in the first attempt, they will get another chance. 182 applications were received on September 4, 178 applications were received on September 5, 306 applications were received on the 6th, 333 applications were received on the 7th, 621 applications were received on the 8th, 1603 applications were received on the 9th, 2781 applications were received on September 10. A total of 6003 people applied for the assembly seat in seven days. 

EATALA APPLIED FOR GAJWEL AGAINST KCR 

As announced by the senior BJP MLA and former minister, Eatala Rajender to contest against Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao in Gajwel, accordingly he has applied for the Gajwel seat. 

apart from this, Dubbaka MLA Raghunandan Rao, Gajjala Yoganand, Mahila Morcha national Executive member Akula Vijaya, former MP AP Jitender Reddy’s son Mithun Reddy, corporator Tokala Srinivas Reddy, former mayor banda Karthika Reddy, janagama district president bejadi Birappa. Yedla Satish Kumar and others have applied for the ticket.  

Bandaru Dattatreya’s daughter Bandaru Vijaya Lakshmi has applied for the Mushirabad Assembly seat.  Rajya Sabha member Dr. Laxman is likely to contest from the same seat.  Gandhinagar Corporator Pavani Vijay Kumar has applied for the Mushirabad Assembly seat.  Local corporators are also competing for the Mushirabad seat.  However, the Gajwel leaders applied in the state office of the party seeking to elect Etala Rajender from the Gajwel assembly seat. 

On the other hand, film actress Jeevita Rajasekhar has applied for five assembly segments.  They have applied for Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally, Serilingampally, Sanatnagar, and Secunderabad.  It seems that another actress Karate Kalyani has also applied for the fourth and fifth positions.  BJP has taken up the application process like never before.  The list of candidates will be selected in three stages.  A committee will be formed to examine the applications.  Screening will be carried out at the district, state, and central party levels.  The list will be submitted to the National  Committee after the scrutiny of the state leaders.  (Maxim News)
