Cyberabad CP Announces Timely Closure for Bars and Pan Shops in Shadnagar

Cyberabad CP | Hyderabad, Dec 20 (Maxim News): In an effort to maintain law and order, the authorities are strictly enforcing the Hyderabad City Police Act 21/76 in Cyberabad area with special focus on Shadnagar

As part of this, key instructions are being issued to the organized organizations and shops.

According to the new rules, wine shops should be closed by 10 pm, paan shops by 11 pm, bars, restaurants, dhabas and tea stalls by 12 am.  violation of these prescribed times will result in enforcement of the Hyderabad Police Act 21-76 against the offenders.

Shadnagar Town CI Pratapa Lingam stressed the intensity of enforcement, violators of the rules will be imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000 and they will be summoned to court. Repeated violation of rules for them a fine of Rs. 50,000 will be imposed.

Cyberabad CP Avinash Mahanti is taking these strict measures, residents and organizations that fail to comply with the rules will be directed to the authorities for prompt action.  (Maxim News)
