Sensational Things In Kavitha’s Remand Report Filed By CBI

Delhi/Hyderabad, April 12 (Maxim News): The CBI has filed remand papers in the Rouse Avenue court seeking five-day custody of BRS MLC K.kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. In Kavitha’s remand report, CBI officials have included many sensational things. Kavitha has paid Rs. 100 crores. It has been charged that Sarath Chandra Reddy paid donations. It is said that Kavitha threatened Sarath Chandra Reddy for money.

It is stated that Kavitha threatened Sarath Chandra Reddy that if the land deal is not done, she will see how he (Sarath Chandra Reddy) will do business in Telangana. It has been stated that agreements and registration documents have been created for the purchase of agricultural land without the actual land. In the name of a fake land sale, Sarath Chandra Reddy received Rs. 14 crores. The report revealed that Rs. 14 crores were taken from Kavitha.

There is agricultural land in Mahbubnagar which was purchased for Rs. 14 crores. Kavitha demanded Sarath Chandra Reddy to give Rs. 14 crores. Sarath said that he could not give Rs. 14 crores because he did not know the actual price of the land. It is stated that Kavitha threatened that there would be no Aurobindo Pharma business in Telangana if the entire amount is not paid.

CBI says that Kavitha demanded Sarath Chandra Reddy to pay Rs. 25 crore for 5 retail zones at the rate of Rs. 5 crore for each retail zone. MP Magunta Srinivasula Reddy also got demand from Kavitha for Rs. 50 crores, he has paid Rs. 25 crores to Kavitha through his son Magunta Raghava. Kavitha said that she paid Rs. 100 crore to Kajriwal’s follower Vijay Nayar.

The CBI said that Kavitha acquired a 65 percent stake in Indospirit and transferred Rs. 44.45 crores to Goa through Hawala. It is said that Kavitha PA Ashok Kaushik transferred this money to hawala dealers and Kavita is not giving correct answers on all these matters. The CBI asked the special court to take her into custody for 5 days and obtain more information.

It is known that CBI has arrested BRS MLC Kavitha. It is known that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has already arrested her in this case and she is in judicial remand.  The CBI had questioned her in Hyderabad earlier in the liquor case.  After that, the CBI questioned her again in Tihar jail on the 6th of this month with the permission of the special court.  In this order, she was arrested and brought to court.  (Maxim News)
